President and founder of Contact Design in 2003, located in Miami and Boston. With over 20 years of expertise in participant sourcing methods. 

Llliana has been working with Contact Design since 2015, first as a Research Recruiter, and then as a Project Manager. She is located in the Greater Boston Area, Massachusetts.

With 5 years of experience in market research, Jami has excelled as a Research Recruiter and Project Manager for the past year. Based in Detroit, MI, she specializes in managing complex recruitment processes. Her expertise equipts her to deliver valuable insights and drive successful project outcomes.

Madalyn is a B2B Outreach Manager who has been working at Contact Design since 2018. Located in  Ferndale, MI, she specializes in participant outreach through LinkedIn for UX research. In her free time, Madalyn enjoys playing D&D with her friends, pinball, and caring for her two cats.

Netalya has 7+ years of user experience recruiting and interviewing at Contact Design. As a San Francisco local, she loves to act and perform in her spare time.

Nicole is a remote Participant Coordinator recruiting for Contact Design since 2021. She specializes in vetting and data processing. When the calendar allows, Nicole enjoys adventuring outdoors as well as participating in community engagement activities. 

Tim has been a Research Recruiter with contact design for one year. A Northern Virginia native passionate about culture and consumer behavior in the digital age. He specializes in technical editing and loves music, film, foreign cuisine and trail running.

Robin is our Digital Marketing Manager and Research Recruiter who specializes in reaching hard to find groups through social networking. Successfully recruiting digital marketing pros, tech consumers and specialists, patients and families since 2020.

 Traci has worked for Contact Design since 2019 in different and growing roles. They are Production Manager for a variety of creative endeavors, a passionate organizer, and an avid proponent for mental health and positive change.

Managing Director With Contact Design since 2013. Located in  Providence and Boston. Eric specializes in participant sourcing, email blasts, database analysis, pricing, recruiting.

Amanda has been a Project Manager with Contact Design since 2016. Located in  Northwest Indiana, she specializes in  Accessibility, Cyber Security, Healthcare, and HR/Hiring studies.

She enjoys D&D, trying new restaurants, and collecting art.

Anjuna has been working as a recruiter at Contact Design for 2 years. With a background in bookkeeping and cyber security. she is a people person, always striving for perfection in everything that I do.
