Contact Design has been helping to recruit participants for user research (UX) studies since 2003. We operate in North America and in Europe. Our goal? To find the needle in the haystack - and make sure it shows up on time! We have a large network of quality participants with a large variety of occupations and medical conditions to choose from with experience managing focus groups, one-on-one interviews, user experience testing, product testing, in-person and online.
